Meet Our Team
MICHAEL HIGDON
Michael is a lifelong native of Louisville, KY, graduating from St. Xavier High School in 1990 and the University of Kentucky in 1994. He has over 7 years of real estate sales experience and currently holds the CRS, GRI and ABR designations. Recently he recieved the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification or SFR. Michael has an enthusiasm and true love for real estate and his sales philosophy is "treat others the way you would want to be treated." He hopes to continue building both the team and his client relations well into the foreseeable future.
BOB KENNEDY
Bob became a Realtor in 1985 after a successful sales career with General Electric and Black & Decker. He is a graduate of St. Xavier High School and the University of Kentucky. He has consistently won Top Producer real estate sales awards in addition to being named to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Bob's goal has always been to establish long term relationships with his clients, which has been achieved by his superior service to them and his high level of integrity. Respecting the rights and concerns of his clients is of utmost importance to him.
